My name is Angel and I am the head coach of ForeverSmall Fitness. My goal is to motivate and inspire people of all ages to become their best version of themselves. At FSF we focus on the importance of creating a positive impactful relationship with fitness and health. We have created a community of bodybuilders, powerlifters, and lifestyle personal as tools to help you succeed. I have worked diligently to provide coaching to many athletes for 3 years.

Hi everyone! My name is Milanna and I am a Certified Personal Trainer and certified Nutritionist with 2.5+ years of coaching experience. Outside of training, being active and living a healthy lifestyle has always been a passion of mine! I love being a coach because I get to help others achieve a life-long approach to being the best version of themselves, both mentally and physically.

My name is Tim Ong and I have been training for 6+ years and bodybuilding for 2 years now. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from San Jose State University with a concentration on exercise and fitness. My goal is to inspire as many people as possible to have a healthy and active lifestyle. On the side, I do online coaching to help people achieve their fitness goals. I am a NASM certified Personal Trainer currently working in corporate fitness, holding a B.S. in Nutritional Science from UC Berkeley. With a background in Lagree Pilates, I enhance training through mind-to-muscle connection and extensive core activation. My programs focus on injury prevention and rehabilitation by giving attention to accessory work and smaller stabilizing muscles. My passion for strength training began in 2016, and I feel fortunate to have my career centered around making a positive impact on the fitness journeys of many. Go Bears!

Hi everyone! My name is Gabi and I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with 2+ years of coaching and training experience. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Cal Poly SLO and a concentration in health promotion. My professional background is in physical therapy and adapted physical activity. I specialize in functional fitness, corrective exercise, weight loss, and training for athletes. Outside of being a personal trainer I am also a high school volleyball coach and group fitness instructor. My programming focuses on functional movement patterns and corrective exercises with an emphasis on mind-body connection and FUN! “Fitness is a tool to move intelligently, think critically, and inhabit your space with confidence.”

Hey everyone, My name is Ojas Gugnani and i’ve been a personal trainer for 2 years. Im a nutrition major at SJSU and compete for the boxing team here. Hey guys! My name is Sammy and I’ve been training for 4 years. I played division one golf at San Diego State University and studied Kinesiology with an emphasis in Pre-physical therapy. I got my ACE CPT this past August and am working to attain my doctorate in Chiropractic at LifeWest Chiropractic College this fall. My personal goal has always been to look and be strong enough to help my mom carry all the groceries in one trip. I want to help people build muscle safely and effectively while also keeping it fun.

My name is Rohan Apte, I’m 25, UC Irvine alumni, I’m a project manager in the video game industry and A competitive Mens Physique Athlete. I’ve been engaged with the fitness industry ever since I saw pumping iron and that was it for me. Since 2016 I’ve been training, dieting, finding new and innovative ways to improve and build my physique. I’m a big believer in working hard to achieve goals, and fitness is something that allows me to focus and boost that mindset. Hi, my name is Matt Villena and I have 4 years of competitive powerlifting experience. I started Vindictive Training 3 years ago with the goal of bringing powerlifting to my local community and have coached lifters of all ages and experiences levels, including a handful that compete at the USAPL national level. My programs are heavily informed by data driven scientific research and my coaching philosophy has been refined through a constant learning process. Current training goals of mine have evolved to cross train lifting with other endeavors such as muay thai, running, cycling, and swimming as I constantly seek to push my limits.

He has coached the general population, high school and division 1 athletes, and military service members. His training philosophy is rooted building strength in range of motion. Also known as Ace, I’ve immersed myself in the corporate wellness industry since 2010, accumulating over 6 years of expertise as a Coach and Health Fitness Specialist. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a focus on Exercise Nutrition & Wellness from Cal State East Bay. I am certified by NASM and SCW for group exercise. I am an advocate on proper breathing, form, and technique across various aspects of fitness specifically in strength, hypertrophy, and power. My program is more than just the workout, aiming to provide assistance beyond the exercise routine if needed.
